Weltklasse Zürich 2023 is sold out! In exactly one month's time, on 31 August 2023, the heart of athletics will be beating in the Letzigrund stadium at Weltklasse Zürich. Once again, 25.000 enthusiastic spectators will cheer on the national and international stars, cheer with them and soak up the unique atmosphere. Shortly after ticketing began, the popular family tickets in the UBS Kids Cup Family Corner were sold out, and the seats in the Vaudoise Versicherungen Fan Corner sold just as quickly. Finally, the standing-room section filled up with the same speed as the athletes on the track.
"We are sold out! And this already one month before the event at the Letzigrund. This is great news year after year and shows the great interest in Weltklasse Zürich and in athletics. We are already looking forward to the magical atmosphere at Weltklasse Zürich stadium," said Co-Meeting Director Christoph Joho. "Weltklasse Zürich never stops inspiring, delivering top performances and being innovative."
For all athletics fans who didn't get one of the coveted seats for the meeting evening this year, there are still opportunities to experience the sport up close and personal and be part of special "Weltklasse Zurich Experiences". One day before the big stadium spectacle, Weltklasse Zürich will come to Zürich Main Station on Wednesday, 30 August 2023 from 5 pm, where the women's pole vault will be held as a Wanda Diamond League discipline. Admission to this spectacular competition with top international athletes and local hero Angelica Moser is free.
